On the structural side we work on everything from bespoke new-build homes and building alterations to remodelling works and multi-storey developments.
Yes. Flood Risk Assessments, SUDS Drainage and Foul Drainage are essential components of planning submissions, and we bring extensive expertise to support the successful development of sites from the early planning stages.
We prepare and submit Section 104, 185, 106 and 102 drainage designs to water authorities, along with Section 38, 278 and 184 highway submissions, and Ordinary Watercourse submissions.
Yes. We offer Independent Review and Expert Witness services, supporting legal cases, arbitration and dispute resolution with clear, well-documented technical reports and testimony.
