What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form or email us, that means your name, email address, any phone number you provide, and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to deliver and administer that work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you have made, and where relevant the performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking. Nothing is loaded from an external advertising or profiling service. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we are engaged, project records are retained for the period required by our professional and insurance obligations.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email office@daveycorp.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
